Our Packages
Basic Hire
The basic hire fee is £350 which includes;

Full bar hire for the event including fully trained staff for a maximum of six hours. Longer hire is available on request.

Temporary Events Notice which allows the sale of alcohol at your event (we can arrange this if your venue does not have a license).
We charge a £150 non-refundable booking fee; the remaining balanceis to be paid two weeks before your event.
Dry Hire (for larger events only)
When you 'dry hire' The CoolBox, you supply your own draught beers, wines and spirits and we serve it for you. If you would like us to stock the bar we can do this to meet your requirements (subjects to product availability and advance payment). Prices for dry hire are subject to numbers and venue.
Guest Limit Set
You may wish to put a prepaid amount of your choice behind the bar for your guest to enjoy a drink or two on you...once the limit is reached, your guests then pay for their own drinks either by cash or card. Payment for this option will be taken in advance alongside the hire fee.
Pay as you go bar
We stock the bar to suit your needs and your guests pay for their own drinks by cash or by card. Our drinks list is available.
Open bar
You may wish to offer your guests an open bar. If you choose this option we will keep an open tab running for you to pay in full at the end of your event. (See T&Cs).
We are flexible and happy to tailor our options to suit your needs. We look forward to seeing you at your event!
